John Marino, managing partner, leads the Government, Not-for-Profit and Labor Group at DKC. John brings more than two decades of experience in politics and public administration, including five years as New York State Democratic Party Chairman. He also served Governor Mario Cuomo as an advisor and the three-time campaign manager. In addition to his positions with the Governor, John was chairman of President Bill Clinton’s successful 1992 New York State campaign effort. He was also senior vice president at Glickenhaus Investment Management and served five years as assistant commissioner and regional director of the New York State Department of Transportation. John holds a master’s degree in public administration from New York University, a master’s degree in education from Iona College and a bachelor of arts degree from Fordham University.
